Do get it, but it might be an idea to start out with Rome: total war first. Cheaper and slightly more accessible for newcomers.
Except maybe Crytek, but judging by this score it looks like they didn't do too badly.

It looks like he's about to be smacked on the back of the head by that pokeball, so I'd let him enjoy his happy times whilst they last.
